Leer más😀 - Beeindruckende Villa in parkähnlichem Gelände aus den 1970er Jahren, die nun als Veranstaltungsort und nebenbei als Gästehaus mit 8 Zimmern genutzt wird. Die zentrale Lage in Elche, z.B 5min zu Fuß vom Palmengarten entfernt, ist sehr angenehm für die Erkundung der Stadt. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.   😞 - Das Anwesen ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen und die Haustechnik, Heizung / Klimatisierung, Warmwasserversorgung offenbaren einen dringenden Renovierungsbedarf. Es existieren zwar Klimageräte und Lüftungsschächte in den Räumen, die aber offenbar für Heizbetrieb (ich war Mitte Februar dort) nicht taugen. Gängige Klimageräte können zwar kühlen und heizen - hier aber wohl nicht. Als Abhilfe werden überall unnötig kompliziert zu bedienende elektrische Radiatoren eingesetzt. Warmwasser kommt erst nach fast zwei Minuten Wasser ablaufen lassen, dafür dann aber kochend heiß - Zirkulation nicht vorhanden. Bis man so beiner Temperatur zum Duschen angekommen ist, können schon ein paar Minuten vergehen. Die historischen Wasserhähne ohne Mischer und Einlauf 2cm vom Beckenrand taugen kaum zum Händewaschen.  Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und wird von den meisten Budget Hotels an den Autobahnen locker übertroffen.  Was noch zu erwähnen ist; für Urlauber mit Motorrad eher weniger geeignet - eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Motorräder existiert nicht.  Alles in Allem eine Empfehlung, wenn einem Optik und zentrale Lage des Anwesens viel Wert ist; von einem normalen 3-4 Sterne Hotelstandard muss man dafür starke Abzüge in Kauf nehmen. Cerrar

Leer más😀 - wij waren de enige gasten in het hotel (november). het voelde meer aan als een privéwoning! het ontbijt werd voor ons klaargemaakt door Jose Luis, een uiterst vriendelijke jonge kok. hij stuurde ons nadien nog een berichtje om ons te bedanken voor ons verblijf!   😞 - niets Cerrar

Read more😀 - L'endroit est très beau, bâtiment design, chambre et literie ok, belle terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. très belle piscine. très bel endroit pour faire une réception ou un mariage. An ephemeral boutique would require a little animation in the hotel, thank goodness! Personnel très gentil, serviable, bonne communication, la personne s'est pliée en 4 pour nous recevoir.   😞 - Comme hôtel, c'est un peu triste en dehors de la saison d'été, manque de vie. terrasse et piscine désertiques. pas de service ce qui rendait l'endroit glacial. Bathroom to be changed, blue basin and bathtub with horrible tiles, impossible to open the shower without taking a glazed sponge for 4 minutes! Meubles de salle de bain tchips et abimés. Fleurs en tissus non hygieniques posées sur la baignoire. La salle de bain c'était du bricolage de mauvais goût! Pas de savon pour se lavver les mains, obligé de se lavver les mains avec le petit tube de gel douche et de se rationner à 2 pour la douche sur ce flacon !!!! La réception de l'hotel a besoin aussi d'être rénovée, elle n'est pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, ressemble à un bureau mal rangé. j'ai noté 8 mais c'est par respect pour le personnel, sinon j'aurais mis 7. The windows and terrace have beautiful views,the light coming in is wonderful and there are vases with flowers in every room . It is really the best hotel I have ever stayed in , the decor is like a real movie ,super super super recommended .   😞 - Everything perfect ,not a single complaint . Close

It is a huge room with great facilities including TV, coffee machine, fridge, a large comfortable bed,plenty seating & a large walk in shower. You can walk directly out onto the terrace right beside the pool & gardens, which are beautiful. Despite being right in the city centre it is very peaceful and secluded. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the chef Jose Luis goes above and beyond to endure your stay is pleasant.   😞 - The bedroom door didn't feel particularly secure but otherwise nothing at all!
