Hotel Terms and Conditions

Reception hours from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 hours and from 16:00 to 20:00 hours.
Outside these hours we will send you the link to check in online.

The access to the hotel for the collection of keys and code will be maximum at 20:00 hours.
It must be communicated 3 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.

Boutique hotel for adults only.

Smoking is prohibited inside the facilities and animals are not allowed.

The hotel management is not responsible for objects and valuables not deposited in its custody.
In Hort de Nal, S.L. (hereinafter "HN"), we are committed to protecting your privacy.
HN will process your data in order to manage your stay. Likewise, it will be necessary for us to process your data in order to comply with the obligations that the legislation in force imposes on us (including fraud prevention). Your data may be communicated by HN to third parties such as banks or financial institutions for the processing of payments or to the forces and law enforcement agencies for compliance with the obligations that the legislation in force imposes on us at all times.

The rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. The client has the obligation to pay the price of the contracted services at the time of the provision of the invoice (ART 24 LAW 12/1999).

The establishment may retain the belongings and effects introduced by the client in the establishment until the moment in which the contracted services are satisfied (ART 1866 CC) for reasons of security and protection are not allowed visits to the rooms or the use of these by persons not registered in the establishment.

By signing this document, I authorize the establishment to charge my credit/debit card the amount of all services enjoyed during my stay that have not been duly paid for.

The fact of staying in this establishment implies the acceptance of these general conditions as well as the specific ones included in the tourist accommodation contract.

I undertake to comply with and enforce the provisions contained in the law 28/2005 of 26/12. Processing of personal data and rights under GDPR 2016/679.

This establishment has had to take a series of measures under the various regulations applicable in the current health crisis situation caused by COVID 19. As a CLIENT you agree to comply with the established distancing measures, as well as the use of the means that are considered mandatory or recommended during your stay in the establishment, both by law and by the own sanitary hygiene protocol approved by the establishment.
The CLIENT assumes all the consequences of non-compliance in terms of preventive measures, being informed that such non-compliance may result in the automatic termination of your accommodation contract, canceling your stay without the right to any refund. In case of non-compliance and under the protection of the applicable regional regulations, reserves the right of admission and early termination.
