😀 - Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad y la atención que mostraron las personas que trabajan en el hotel en todo momento. Muy atentas a todas las necesidades y circunstancias.

Impecable, volveremos seguramente 😀 - La cordialidad del encargado (me olvidé preguntarle el nombre), nos atendió como si fuesemos amigos de toda la vida. La piscina estupenda, la habitación hermosa, si hay que ponerle alguna pega, le falta el bidet nada mas. 😞 - Nada, todo perfecto

Serenity. This was our 7th visit to Elche - my only regret is that we never stayed here before! 😀 - The welcome was great and the check in/check out process was simple. We loved the serenity of the place combined with the easy walk to the city centre. The staff were friendly, quiet and helpful. All the little quirky touches, the art, the pool and the gardens, how eco-friendly it is. It was so peaceful and exactly what we needed. We loved walking in the gardens. Check in

Incredible hospitality and a fantastic hotel staff with beautiful garden. We will be back but not during festival time! 😀 - In an oasis in the middle of a town. Parking was fantastic, building and artwork were incredible. Food reasonable and breakfast was wonderfully presented. Staff outstanding. 😞 - Due to festival the noise level was very loud. Hotel did warn us, but didn’t expect the DJ’s to be going until 6am!!

J'adore cet endroit tellement calme, au milieu des palmiers et à 5 mn à pied du centre-ville de Elche.Une belle et grande piscine permet de réellement nager et se dépenser.Les chambres ont une terrasse agréable, même si un transat ou deux seraient appréciés.Et pour finir, un personnel aux petits soins qui a vraiment envie de faire plaisir à sa clientèle.Bref, un petit coin de paradis à l'abri du tumulte estival mais néanmoins pas perdu au milieu de nulle part.

😀 - Really amazing hotel, so peaceful and luxurious. The staff team were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much. The room was very tastefully decorated and the pool area was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
