Nice Location in the heard of Elche 😀 - Tolle location im Palmenhain. Sehr zentral. Schöne Architektur. 😞 - Unflexibel. Kein ordentliches Frühstück vor dem Marathon. Keine Möglichkeit, zum Duschen nach dem Marathon.

Sólo estuve una noche pero el trato fue excelente. La habitación muy amplia y confortable, con vistas muy bonitas a la piscina.

Excellent stay a few minutes walk from the Old Town & in the middle of a palm tree park. 😀 - I liked the setting & location 😞 - That there were not always staff on hand to resolve matters.

El sitio es espectacular en pleno centro de Elche, me ga gustado ver amanecer desde el balcón de la habitación con las palmeras de fondo. Personal muy amable

Ideal location in the centre of Elche with all important parking available - although sorely in need of attention. Wonderful tranquil setting with gardens and pool straight out of a Hollywood setting. |Atmosphere in restaurant was non-existent, but numerous places to dine in City centre. |Good size rooms with very comfortable beds ensured a good nights sleep, but it could so easily be improved with facilities like fridges, proper bedside tables, towel rails, more bins etc.|Staff extremely friendly and helpful even though language was a challenge for all parties. |Falls short because it straddles being a boutique hotel, health retreat and business event centre for local SME’s.

El hotel es una pasada, súper bonito y súper bien cuidado. La ubicación es perfecta ya que estás en pleno centro de Elche y tienen parking privado gratuito. Pero sobre todo destaco la amabilidad del personal. Un 10!!! Queremos volver en verano para disfrutar de la piscina

Perfect, apart from the bathroom... 😀 - Location to town Pool area. Bedroom.Interior as a whole. Friendly staff. Free parking. 😞 - The massive let down for me was the bathroom. I can see it has been modernised except for the bathtub. The bath was clearly the original 70's model in a plum colour. I don't have an issue with its age, its just that the sealant round the shower/bath had black mould and also the base of the bath had some black in it too. The bathroom also smelt musty. My husband wore his flip flops in the bath/shower. I prefered to "clean myself" with wet wipes rather than use it! Such a shame, because everything else was lovely. I couldn't recommend to anyone for that reason, sadly .

A good place 😀 - Modern place with a nice garden in the middle of the town. Nice pool 😞 - Only a few customers, but making some noise
